ToolVanta respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. This policy outlines our compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. Browser-Side Architecture & Zero Hosting Disclosure
ToolVanta is a client-side web utility platform. When users utilize our tools (including PDF merger, image compressor, background remover, and text utilities), all computation occurs locally in the user's web browser using client-side JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas APIs.
Notice on Zero Server Storage: ToolVanta does not host, store, cache, or transmit user-processed documents, photos, or data to remote databases. As a result, ToolVanta servers do not contain repositories of user files.
2. Filing a Formal DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that any material available on or accessible through the ToolVanta website infringes your copyrighted work, please submit a written notification containing the following details to our designated copyright agent:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Identification of the Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Location of Infringing Material: Specific URL links or page paths on ToolVanta.in where the alleged infringing material is located.
- Your Contact Information: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A formal statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If material that you posted or provided was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice and you believe this was done in error or through misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the material removed, and your consent to legal jurisdiction.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, ToolVanta maintains a strict policy to terminate access for users or contributors who are identified as repeat copyright infringers.
