2. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% complete ownership of your data. Because ToolVanta executes file operations client-side inside your browser, we do not claim any copyright, license, title, or interest in any files, PDFs, images, JSON schemas, source code, or textual strings you process through our tools.

ToolVanta does not view, sell, analyze, or train machine learning models on any user documents or data.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ToolVanta solely for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the platform to distribute malware, viruses, trojans, or malicious scripts.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the integrity of our server infrastructure through distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Scrape or harvest website resources at a volume that degrades service quality for other users.
• Process content that violates third-party copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

4. Availability of Services & Modifications

ToolVanta reserves the right to enhance, modify, temporarily suspend, or retire any tool, feature, or calculator at any time without prior notice. While we endeavor to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or completely bug-free.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

All tools and utilities on ToolVanta are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ToolVanta, its engineers, or DurraniTech be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of this platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
